RefWorks FLOW Changes – no longer available to new users

The RefWorks FLOW free citation management tool has turned into a new RefWorks product that is not available to new educational users for free as of today, January 19, 2016.

If you already signed up for a free account, your existing RefWorks FLOW account will be grandfathered into the new RefWorks system so  you will continue to have access to your existing account using your FLOW login information. Everything you have saved there will still be available in your account.  You will notice that it looks different and that features may be different. Please note that you will only have access to limited features in this new RefWorks.

For more information or answers to your questions about the transition to this new RefWorks product, please visit https://flow.proquest.com/ and contact support for assistance.

We apologize for any inconvenience.  The library documentation has been updated to remove information about RefWorks FLOW that is no longer accurate and useful to our users.  We continue to recommend free citation management tools for our students and faculty on our Citation Tools guide.
